Habitat: Acidic waters like bogs moorland and heathy lakes.Sometimes found in peatbogs.
Distribution: Especially present at the Pleistocene soils. Also present in the dunes but populations are temporary and smaller.
Flight Season: From June to November.
Status: Common in The Netherlands.
