Habitat: Restricted to acidic, oligothropic habitats on sandy soils.Sometimes in peatmoors. Sensitive for fishpredation.

Distribution: Fairly rare on the Pleistocene soils and very rare in the coastal dunes.

Flight Season: From May to August. Most abundant in June.

Status: Fairly common.
