Distribution: In The Netherlands increasing in northern direction
Flight season: Mid July to August
Status: Not endangered. Formely named Cercion lindenni. Details of DNA, behaviour and larval and adult morphology show that it is strongly genetically related to the Erythromma species (K-D. B. Dijkstra, 2006).
